Gift-Gala ("we", "us", "our") operates gifts-gala.com. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & fulfillment

All products are printed to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful, Inc. Colors, sizing and print placement may vary slightly from what's shown on screen due to manufacturing tolerances and monitor display differences.

3. Custom designs you upload

If you upload your own artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use and reproduce it, and that it doesn't infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, or other rights, and isn't illegal, hateful, or obscene. We reserve the right to refuse to print any design at our discretion. You agree to indemnify Gift-Gala against any claim arising from content you upload.

4. Pricing & payment

Our store currency is Euro (EUR); prices shown in other currencies are estimates converted for your convenience and are not the amount you'll be charged — your card or PayPal statement will show the EUR amount converted by your provider at their rate. Payment is processed securely by Stripe and/or PayPal; we do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping

Estimated production and shipping times are shown at checkout and in our FAQs. Risk of loss passes to the carrier once your order ships; see our Return Policy for what happens if a package is lost or arrives damaged.

6. Returns & refunds

Because items are made to order, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse (wrong size chosen, changed your mind, etc.). We do offer free reprints or refunds for misprinted, damaged, defective, or lost items — see our full Return Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All Gift-Gala branding, original designs, and site content are our property or used under license, and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gift-Gala is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, beyond the value of your order.
